"Radio USA" Opening Day

5:00 & 7:00 pm - "Hypnopalooza" - There's just no stopping this hilarious combination mentalism and hypnotism show. Rich Aimes will have your audience anxiously waiting for their turn for him to read their minds or put them into funny situations and be the stars of the show as hypnotic subjects!

Rich is a board certified hypnotist with the National Board of Hypnotist Education and Certification and studied psychology and theater as an undergraduate. As a student of hypnosis, Rich trained in Los Angeles and Florida with some of the top hypnotists in the country. Marielle, his wife and stage partner, is also a board certified hypnotist with NBHEC. She holds a Master's degree in counseling from Arizona State University.

Rich is a trained stage and commercial actor, appearing on all three US networks, numerous dinner theater productions, and NHK Japanese television. He has also been seen on local and national commercials.

Rich and Marielle have performed at colleges and universities, large and small, throughout the United States.  They have also wowed corporate clients, fairs, and theme parks.



 

North Arena

6:00 & 7:30 pm - "Mounted Shooters" - The Minnesota Mounted Shooters are a group of individuals who like to ride, like to shoot, and like the old west. Our association is a local one that is affiliated with the national association, Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association Or CMSA.

Mounted Shooting is a horse riding and shooting competition, with the theme of a western re-enactment. The rider shoots black powder blank cartridges from .45 caliber pistols, at balloons, and is scored on accuracy and time.

2:00 pm - "AEOA Outstanding Senior Volunteer Award" - Northern St. Louis County's Outstanding Senior Citizens Award is presented annually to both a man and a woman over the age of 70 for outstanding community involvement. The event is sponsored locally by AEOA and the St. Louis County Fair. The winners are then eligible to compete at the Minnesota State Fair in August. 4:30 pm - "Pedal to the Medal" Kids Pedal Tractor Pull Registration starts at 3:30 pm at the Kids Barn

The Kids Pedal Tractor Pull is State Sanctioned for Boys and Girls ages 4 through 11.  Boys and Girls pull together in their age groups, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place being awarded in each age group.  1st through 3rd place advance to the State Competition.
